Signed up for a course and paid but the course was cancelled by Avanta Global.
Initiated a refund process and was told 2-3 weeks despite invoice stating 7 days for refund. . It has been 27 days and I have yet to get my refund back. Do not recommend this place. Please avoid at all cost.
Took a training class at Avanta Global Pte Ltd. The place is a little dated but overall comfortable. Trainer was good but no cafeteria in the building makes it a bit of a hassle.
Parking here full day costs over $20+ so try and park across the street at the HDB blocks to save costs.
This training provider really cannot make it, firstly never mention the first aid card is ready for collection and certification also not ready. It took 1 months to chase all this. Is there any place we can complaint on such training provider..
i ask about the course,how it working and ask suggestion but he all of sudden being not in helping mood..more to rude.when someone ask the question or suggestion,you may/should deal with them nicely .If we know everything about the course why would we ask you then..fix your mood when deal with everyone,

My friend told me that this academy is difficult to get a certificate and pass the test because the pronunciation of words from the instructor is difficult to understand. I hope you guys better know who the instructor before book the class
Should have read the reviews. Bizsafe Training. It's a self learning, portal. Yet the portal has issues and keep logging me out.. Their staff claims its my internet but its actually their portal issue.. :( spending more time logging in than learning. Content are not updated.
Henry Tan is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer.
Last time I used to send my staff there for training and even recommend many of my client go there because their service at that time were very good.
But sine they change the front desk staff the services very bad.
When I register the course I did said my staff are from vietnam and they doesn’t understand English or chinese much and they did accepted the registration, but when my staff reach there they make thing difficult for them don’t want let them go to the class.
One more group came at 9.31 and they said 9.30 start the class came late 1M they also not accepted.
I will not send my staff and recommend any of my client there anymore.
